Context

3Diligent (El Segundo, CA) operates a B2B additive manufacturing marketplace, connecting buyers with a global network of production partners. I spent seven years there across a series of roles, ultimately owning the partner network, operations, and special projects as the company scaled.

What I built / did

• Marketplace expansion: built a machine and material marketplace that grew the active supplier/partner base by 20% and expanded available materials by 200%, directly increasing platform revenue capacity.
• Global partner network: scaled the supplier network from under 100 to 400+ partners across six continents, through a structured onboarding and vetting program I designed.
• Partner engagement: designed and led a monthly partner engagement program - live product walkthroughs and feedback sessions on the Vulcury platform - driving 50% growth in partner software integration.
• Logistics: coordinated platform logistics across distribution centers in four states, achieving 97% on-time-or-early delivery.
• Finance & vendor relationships: owned finance and reporting, maintaining a 100% on-time vendor payment record over 18+ months - the trust and reliability needed to retain and grow strategic accounts.
• Hiring: led hiring across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing as the team scaled.
