Alongside Feral Golf, I take on independent AI consulting engagements - designing and building the operational AI systems that let lean teams run without adding headcount. Two current examples:

What I built / did

• California Seafood - built an autonomous operations agent, using the Claude Agent SDK, that classifies inbound delivery-scheduling messages, enforces delivery-window cutoffs, and runs the substitution workflow end to end for a seafood distributor’s delivery operation. Full case study →
